Neon watercolor - Take 2!
I'm back again with some more seasonally appropriate designs! Well, one.
This idea is one I've already translated onto my nails back in January (for my birthday). However, since we're closer to summer now, I wanted to re-do it. I used some more neon shades - also, this version (sadly) doesn't glow in the dark. (I did use one gitd polish, but it looks a bit odd as a gitd mani)

Chibi Koala
I'm on a roll this month!
Today, I have a really cute koala mani to show you. First things first, I did copy the koala from here. It basically jumped at me when I first saw it!

Mariposa, Borboleta - Nail art inspired by a song
I'm back!
I haven't been too inspired lately, which basically meant I was using the time to wear a lot of my untried polishes for the first time. While that was cool and I enjoyed it, I still enjoy nail art a lot more! This one is very special. The picture is a bit crappy, I apologize for that. However, I did this just in time for the release of Mariposa, Borboleta by Nick Howard. I first heard that song at a private concert of his I went to in December and I have been so so so in love with the song ever since. Today is the official release of the single. The design is inspired by the artwork on the cover of the single.
Also, as if I didn't already like this enough, I made it glow in the dark too! That is basically perfection.
Colors used:
China Glaze - Highlight Of My Summer (bright mint)
essence - i care for you (off-white)
essence - lean on me (very pale cream)
essence - winter wonderland (pastel blue)
China Glaze - Bahamian Escape (light blue)
models own - banana split (cream/pastel yellow)
Catrice - (S)wimbledon (vibrant turquoise)
white
essence - the night of magic (almost black, dark blue)
Serum No. 5 - Indi-Glo (glow in the dark royal blue)
Serum No. 5 - Highlight (glow in the dark jelly nude)
// note: Most of these colors don't appear in their "true" form on my nails, there was a lot of mixing and blending involved in the making of this manicure :) Also, I think those are all the polishes I used, but if I missed one, I apologize.

Radioactive Florals
Long time no post, again. I apologize. I'm a little stuck right now, idea-wise.
This mani isn't the newest either, I just never posted it.
This was done using glow in the dark polishes only. The ones I used are from Serum No. 5. As you might be able to see in the dark picture, the bubblegum pink I used doesn't actually glow. It's supposed to, but the bottle I received was dried up and gloopy inside, so that must have messed up the pigment. Either way, I love the rest of the polishes!
Colors used:
Serum No. 5 - Highlight (nude)
Serum No. 5 - Orange You Sunny (orange)
Serum No. 5 - Awesome Blossom (bubblegum pink) [destashed]
Serum No. 5 - I Gleam In Pink (hot pink)
Serum No. 5 - Kiwi Glow Now? (light green)

Soft Spring Gradient
Since it's March now, I figured it was time I did some real spring manis and actually wore them outside the house. I have yet to do that with this one.
This is a very subtle gradient, I used pastel colors. Believe it or not, that middle color is actually supposed to be a pastel blue - to be honest, it just looks white in this mani.
Colors used:
essie - lilacism (lilac)
essence - winter wonderland (pastel blue)
China Glaze - Highlight Of My Summer (bright mint)

Mint-Flavored Lace
I did a spring mani the other day. To be brutally honest, I didn't even wear it for a full day.
Lucky for you though, I captured it before taking it off.
I want to apologize for the lighting in this picture, it was late at night and I therefore didn't have any daylight.

Neon Splatter
I've done it again and went half a month without posting. Sorry!
This time, it's not a hundred percent because of uni, especially since I've been on semester break for half a month now. I've honestly been out of ideas, so I decided to test out a polish I received in the mail a couple weeks back.
I'm of course talking about the neon pink in this mani. It's I Gleam In Pink by Serum No. 5. Serum have been known for their glow in the dark polishes, and this one is no exception. And we all know how much I love things that glow in the dark, so this was right up my alley! This polish has an interesting glow effect, as you can pick out individual particles that are glowing, rather than just having a solid color. Check out the glow in the dark picture to see what I'm talking about. Make sure to click on it to magnify.
