31DC2017 - Day 20: Watermarble

Wee, we're two thirds done with the challenge already! These past 20 days went by super quick.
Today, we're looking at the watermarble prompt, and I did a clear and black marble over a white to orange gradient (I'm really looking forward to Halloween, can you tell? :P ).

I totally copied this idea from @nails_by_erin - she did these a while back but I really loved how they look!

31DC2016 - Day 29: Inspired by the supernatural

 Another glow in the dark mani, yay! I knew that nothing was gonna beat my nails for this prompt last year, so I chose to go for something a bit simpler and more fun this year!

31DC2016 - Day 27: Inspired by artwork

(Sorry for the crummy picture quality today, I need to stop taking pics in low lighting)

So, today's prompt was 'inspired by artwork' and I decided to do something based on an art movement rather than a specific piece. I chose grafitti.

These are super murky and kinda gross, which is actually what I was going for! I wanted to depict a piece of canvas that had been painted over many times, maybe in a rural setting. I am really pleased with how they turned out and it definitely soothes my sudden need for Halloween stuff (I know, I'm a bit early).

Halloween Splatter

I know what you're thinking; ANOTHER splatter mani!?
Yeah. I originally just wanted to test how opaque Lady And The Vamp was in a splatter mani, then I realized that this was a very halloween-ish color combination, so I decided to put it up.

China Glaze - Lady And The Vamp (neon orange)
essie - all access pass (blue-based purple)

Radioactive Goo

Eek! I had a lot of fun with these, and let me just tell you, the orange is BRIGHT! It's Lady And The Vamp by China Glaze. I layered it over white on my ring and pinky finger and wore it on its own on the other two and they are almost equally as bright. I thought I'd have another go at a splatter mani, especially since the last one wasn't my favorite. This one looks amazing though!
